These lettuce wraps boast the rich flavors of garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce and creamy almond with the crunch of carrots and water chestnuts atop lean & hearty ground turkey, all wrapped in a Romaine lettuce leaf. (Bib lettuce works well, too.)
